CV – Thomas Stenz

After completing my education at the Commercial College in Zurich, I began my professional career at Arthur Anderson AG in 1978, became a Partner in 1990 an Head of the Audit and Advisory Departement from 1999  to 2002. As part of the integration of Arthur Anderson into Ernst & Young AG in 2002, I became a member of the Board of Directors and the Partner Compensation Committee of Ernst & Young. From 2005 – 2009 I headed the M&A and transaction advisory departement in Central Europe for Ernst & Young.  From 2009 until I left Ernst & Young, I was Chairman of Ernst & Young in Switzerland and a member of the Global Advisory Council. I was a member of the Swiss Professional Association’s Audit Commission from 1999 to 2008 (Chairman from 2004), a member of the Institute’s Board from 2005 to 2015 and a member of the Swiss GAAP FER Commission from 2004 to 2015. Since 2014 I act as an independent management consultant an board member.
